Our lives become hectic and plans change from time to time. It is important to notify the resort of your intent to use your unit(s) as scheduled each year.
That simple piece of information now affects our new clubhouse banquet area and the resort’s ability to attract visitors and earn owners increased rental revenues.
We now offer attractive rental banquet space for beach weddings and receptions, civic organization luncheons and additional space for Gregory’s to lease for holiday crowds, but for the first time accept bus tours which frequent Cocoa Beach. This generates the need for a number of rooms as well as dining space.

If your unit is used for rental, you will receive funds by check representing your portion of the rental pool.

Love this place I’ve been going since I was five years old and now I am 38 my grandfather and grandmother Had there 50th anniversary there this is one of my favorite places ever. My mother took us there for the longest time and had so many memories and unfortunately she passed away and somehow lost in estate and I am looking to buy a week in summertime for a future staying here with my kids to pass on this amazing place.
